I work with you as an Entertainment Designer. Planning and Entertainment Design are collaborative. There is a process of discovery.
What do you want your celebration to be like?…how does it sound?…how does it feel?…..what do your guests experience? I listen.
Next, we get creative. How do we connect your guests to the celebration…..how do we immerse them in your story……..how do we create the opportunity for impactful and emotional moments? Sound and lighting impact everything. What role does music play……..How can lighting enhance the entire event, or set the mood for certain moments?
Then, we create a plan that brings it all together. Your plan will be unique and will include all the details. We strive for amazing and extraordinary, an experience of a lifetime for you and your guests. The plan has to well crafted….Does it create experiences? Does it flow well and move guests from one experience to the other throughout the evening? Will it create the right feeling? Does it connect you to your guests, and your guests to your story?
And when it’s over, will your celebration become The Remarkable Story of Your Wedding— the one that is talked about at holidays and family vacations for years to come?

What To Expect
What is it like to work with Remarkable Receptions? How will we communicate? What is the vibe? What should we expect?
First, we will get to know each other, we’ll probably feel like friends. Also, we’ll share ideas and vision. Then, we’ll make plans and be creative. And, we won’t act like a typical Charlotte wedding DJ. We won’t act like one of the many cheap DJs- cheap DJs are cheap for a reason.
Communication is unlimited. Phone Calls, emails, text messages, facebook messages, and in-person meetings. Communication comes often and is comprehensive. Whether you prefer to share over Messenger or over coffee, I’m good. Whatever works for you. My couples are my priority!
Likely, we’ll meet in person 3-4 times….. and text, email, and talk more than that. There will be homework, but you know all the answers already.

What exactly does all this cost? Your wedding entertainment will cost, well, as much as you spend.
The entertainment and guest experiences you have read about in our reviews range from $1500 to $15,000. The investment is impacted by what you want and need. With such a broad range, how do we begin? Some couples want to dream first, so we create the design and price reveals itself according to the details. Others come with a budget, and we create a design to that level – always creating custom moments for the family and the guests to experience – always about the story.
We will design for an investment that does what it takes to create the experience you want, but never more than is necessary.

Then, you work with a Master of Ceremonies that will bring the plan to life by creating the feeling and the experience that you may have never thought possible.

$7,500-$12,000 (An Entertainment Design including a featured Live Band) Typically would include a Master of Ceremonies, a wedding DJ, a Regional or National Band, live musicians for ceremony/cocktail/other uses, an officiant, and entertainment enhancements like special production elements, and an event space enhanced by the work of a Lighting Designer. Master of Ceremonies Options:
$3,500-$7,500 (An Entertainment Design including a featured DJ) Typically would include a Master of Ceremonies, a wedding DJ, live musicians for ceremony/cocktail/other uses, an officiant, and entertainment enhancements like special production elements, and an event space enhanced by the work of a Lighting Designer. Master of Ceremonies Options:
